Your Rights

Harbor House treats their clients, family members, and its teams with respect and dignity, and regards the responsibility for providing a safe and supportive environment of utmost importance.  In the event you feel as though the environment at Harbor House neglects its duty to provide such a setting, we have a client grievance procedure which is presented to all new clients at the time of admission.

Your Confidentiality

Harbor House is committed to protecting your confidentiality as mandated by state and federal law. The privacy of our clients and their right to be treated in confidence are carefully guarded at all times. These rights are protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), and we practice a strict adherence to these guidelines.

Release of Information

Harbor House will only release information with the signed written consent of the client.
